Open source financial systems

Any body knows about open source systems alternatives to, www.greatplains.com or www.navision.com or similar financial software products.
I have 300 employees and want to find alternatives to the above 2 Microsoft systems.

GNU Cash (is that what it's called)?

I also remember having a package called "Money Dance" with Caldera 2.4... You might want to look into it.
