I absolutely hate it when people act on their own to fix IT problems, or worse: thinking that they are computer litterate (probably because they followed a Microsoft Office course, which any moron can pass), while they are full of shit.

Does it count that I took a few Office courses and intentionally tried to fail them, only to find that it can't be done? :D
Actually, come to think of it, I did get marked down for not using Microsoft's Office suite. When exactly did college become a time for corporate punditry?
