Income taxes are voluntary
WMD:
--- Quote from: Annorax ---Bush lost the first election. Gore prematurely conceded when Florida's supreme court or governor or whoever-the-hell realized the pending recount would make Gore the winner and ordered the recount stopped. It should be noted that the governor was Bush's brother, so what valid motivation could there be to stop a recount mandated by state law?

Well, the official decision was "he won," and considering that the decision was the only thing making him win, I used the wording "barely." I don't think he won by vote, either. (I live in that freaking state. I feel like noting that I find Jeb Bush much better than George W. Bush, even if he gave his big bro the presidency.)

There were several independent recouts done after the election of 2000 and ALL OF THEM showed Bush still being ahead. Get over it.*
*no I didn't vote for Bush - in 2000 or 2005.
PS: Oh and income taxes are not voluntary - unless of course you want to volunteer to spend time in federal prison.

Actually, legally the gov. has no right to make you pay income tax (that's what the video is about) ... but yes you will go to prison ... unjustly, illegally.

I wonder if they tried to recount the paperless Diebold machines as well.
