I cant use anything!!!!! on my xp with it...my drivers used to work on ME but no more...

Will using 98se help?  I want to keep xp on and do dual boot.

KernelPanic:
I reccomend not using Windows Xp. This is the first but by no means the last problem you will have. Sorry I havn't helped...

Way I see it, you've got two options 98 or 2K my friend has 98SE and the drivers work (as long as windows behave itself) although, I have played with 2K and it's stablilty is unbeliveable, I didn't think M$ wanted to make such a highly stable OS, I guess they messed up on 2K..........

also, radeons are very tempermental, they are real high on the compatability list....

Ice-9:
I have a Radeon 8500 running in a Win2K box, smooth as silk.
I don't think there are specific drivers for W98, though the drivers for 2K/XP work for 98also.
A friend of mine runs an Ati AIW Radeon on an XP box and it runs stable too (the Radeon, not XP   :D  )

pariah:
So should I go windows 98se or 2k for my radeon?

Oh yeah, and no crap about using linux becuase I want my computer for gaming, and thats pretty much where linux stops.
