notice how Microsoft doesn't have a forum?

i've searched for an MS forum to solve my problems for a long time but i have never found one and the one that seemed like it was a forum did not end out to be one....the url was http://microsoftforum.com or maybe it was http://microsoftforums.com

"we closed the complaints department because we were getting too many complaints"  :D

what are you guys smoking? microsoft has its own NNTP server, even. see microsoft communities for more information. it's actively patrolled by hoards of moderators (I hear they pay a group inside microsoft just to remove trolls)

why is it that google cannot find 1 valid "microsoft forum"?
yahoo and dogpile can't either.

my last post, the link to microsoft communities, is effectively their public forum and bulletin board service.

i could not find 1 forum, call the links about "communities" lead to newsgroups and mailing lists, there's nothing there about a forum  :(
