i have noticed this file or what ever it is has alot of incoming traffic on my system. i have blocked it with my firewall. could someone tell me what it is  windows\system32\drivers\ndisuio.sys

Doctor V:
which windows operating system are you using?  I think that file is a part of a trojan thats been going around.  I think the only way to get rid of that trojan is to wipe the hard disk and install a new OS...

Doogee:
Yeah thats the new trojan, unfortunately you cant get rid of it without this.

Hope that helps!!!
