windows 2000 shutdown problem

Vindegek is using Lycoris Desktop/LX, but has to work with Windows 2000 on his laptop for his work...

Windows 2000 doesn't automaticly shuts down, but reboots the computer instead...

Please be kind to him, Vindegek rules

I thought I was being helpful by referring him to a Microsoft support BBS where he should be able to find the answer.
