How to change the blue scandisk screen?

Hi out there!

Does anyone know how (if?) I can change the f****** scandisk message (...to avoid seeing this message, always...) to something else?

I think it would rather cute if it was saying:

"...to avoid seeing this message again uninstall all Microsoft programs and install Linux"

or what ever...

Is there a file with the text for this scandisk message I can modify or...?
