I wish they could do this to MS for all their spyware, but i'm pretty sure MS probably covered their asses in the EULA

The only good security Microsoft has is securing the source code. The court doesn't know if their trying to spy on us. Of course, their doing this, this is proved, but explain it to the court.
It's easy to sue an ISP for this, because they have installed spy thingies...
