Even I last for like an half year with a Windoze installation... what kind of stupid shit do you install to get it that way?

I am quite surprised that my windows install at home is still going strong. Of course, i rarely boot into it and i blocked its mac address so it can't get online, but it still works. It has been up for 4 months now. And its xp pro. wow.

That sounds more like hardware failure than a software problem . . .

everything off here is straight off teh HP install disks that came with this piece of shit.
