Linux users this is an easy install. No compiling required, just

tar zxvf phoenix-0.3-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.gz
cd ./phoenix
./phoenix

and it is up and running.

I come up as IE 6.5 on palladium on your website (thanks to the pref bar for Mozilla) or Mozilla 1.7

-Here is another good browser-

Dillo is a really great light browser for really crap PC's. Its only like 300k for a graphical browser but obviously lynx still shows it the way.
