nicely steered off topic guys! ;)

Calum: I know they are all free. I just have no intrest in trying six different ones because I honestly don't know the difference between them.
And does RedHat 7.3 include nondestructive repartitioning? What size partitions do you suggest I create (for swap, / and more if you have suggestions) (And also keeping in mind that I only have 8 gigs to work with and must reserve 3 or 4 of that for Windows 98)

non destructive partioning, i don't think so your probably going to have to use some other tool. now for the swap multiply the amount of ram you have by two and that is how much swap space you should use. and for / just mount what is left after swap.
Calum:
i think mandrake does non destructive partitioning? (somebody quickly correct me if this is not the case please!) otherwise, you get a copy of the archaic pqmagict.exe which runs in dos. You should make a windows startup disk if you don't have "real DOS" on your computer, then run it off that, it is totally nondestructive, and if you like, i can even host it for you to download. It's not officially abandonware to my knowledge, but i saw a more recent version which was abandonware, so what the hell, eh? PM me, if you want a copy of pqmagict.exe and i will PM you back with the url to get it from.
