Why don't you give google a try? Do a google search for your modem and linux support.

I have a 3com network adapter... does that mean anthihng? please help you guys, I really want to get my mandrake online!! BTW , when I go into the internet config thing, it trys to dial my modem, it gets a dial tone, but then just sits there.

then it says MODEM FAILED .. or something

hmm the closest modem that creative labs still makes is here here

anyways, I THINK Thats mine, its the only V.90 they still make, EXCEPT, that one is internal, mine is external.
