NTL

(1/1)

TheKnifeThrower:
If you want to use NTL broadband in linux then you have have it installed in wihdows with the ethernet connection as well. For example:

usb(windows) - ethernet(linux)
wont work at all

ethernet(windows) - ethernet(linux)
works perfectly

KernelPanic:
Yes NTL with their 1GB daily limit.
Which Linux user in their right mind would use that?
Downloading CD#2 of you favourite distro o release day, oh no 2 ISO's is over 1GB.
NTL can **** my ****.
You NTL users need to kick up a fuss about that else it will spread like the plague, well not that bad. Maybe like SARS...

TheKnifeThrower:
I have the 128k access so 1Gb is all I can download anyway.

Lord C:
Only time you come near that limit is when you download a lot of distros ;D

I am downloading MDK9.1 3discs of over 600mb each.
So thats well over a gig, BUT its my first time since i downloaded 8.2 ages ago, so i dont think they will be bothered.

Its just regular leechers tbh.

TheKnifeThrower:
