winesetup missing

I downloaded the source for wine and installed it on my RH9 box. I tried to run winesetup like always but it isn't there. I've searched through my whole hard drive to come to the conclusion that I don't have it. Does anyone know where I can get just the winesetup program without having to download the whole rpm? if not anyone want to send me one?
