Labels reportedly back antipiracy software - hmm?

Here's my plan:
When these get released, download like crazy, but only mp3s of CDs I own (I have the right to do this even under the limits of fra use under DMCA if i own the CD).  Then when I download one of these and it screws up my computer, I'll sue them for damages and punatives (Which, will be, well, huge).    
I urge everyone to do the same.

This also applies to computer software companies(games and regular software), except besides Microsoft, none of the companies are actually evil(well maybe some are, but MS is the most obvious).
