Linux is Undead and kicking ass

(1/2) > >>

Master of Reality:
Many say, "MS Windows has won, and the Linux Desktop is dead!"
Now the Linux Desktop is UNDEAD, and it has risen from its crypt
in search of virgin blood. Mortal operating systems will cower
before the beast that has been unleashed upon them. Dismiss the
week and inferior, embrace the Evil and Possess your Box with
EvilEntity.

let me guess, you compiled gnome2 yourself. i know, it kicks ass and is about 10x faster then gnome1.4. and you can have the old gnome.14 libs floating around for compatiblity.

Master of Reality:
huh? gnome? huh?
The default GUI for Evil Entity is KDE and will soon be enlightenment.

Can someone explain to me wtf this is susposed to me? Im soooo stupid in my shackles of n00bism. My guess is it's a REALLY new cutting edge Linux distro?

Well I still haven't tried Mandrake, but this time it's not my fault! I would try it right now if I could. Still, this distro sounds awesome, but how do you know it's not "better then windows, but just another Linux distro"?

Well they get an A+ for style anyways. A horrifying undead beast made of gravestones, bones, earth, grass, trees and rotting flesh. A beast who inspires reverance in the hearts of Linux cultists everywhere, who bow down when they see this monstrosity. They bow down as they witness the monster who swallows ignorant wind0ze users and lets them spend 3 hours being fried alive in weak acid(amongst 100 or so other wind0ze users) in the belly of the beast. As you can tell, a belly that can fit 100 humans at once means a f**king HUGE monster!

Ah yes, what a monster.   :D

Ok this Undead Linux looks cool. But should I try it? I honestly feel im not daunted by the Linux install process, I can handle more complex installs(I think). It's the actual OS that throws me off.  ;)

Is it more of an "experiment", or is it extremely powerful, compatible and stable? What makes it so great? How does it compare to SuSe or Libranet? Is this UndeadLinux some major geek machine?

I guess the site attracts me... sooo cool. Still, I don't wanna be using something that's only half finished and/or has only hype and can't measure up to a more established distro.
