I downloaded the iso's for SuSe...now what....damn things aint workin

I don't mean to sound stupid, but I've gotta make sure... you mean you downloaded the ISO's to install from that FTP server? Or you actually downloaded ISO's that can install SuSE from CD's? (I've tried the FTP install and it doesn't work for me, and I can't buy it right now.)

It doesn't sound stupid, I have since resolved this but to answer your ???, I tried both and ftp didn't work for me either...of course this was also shortly after I let my computer illiterate house mate use my puter, and i came on to find alot wrong...I said screw it and reformatted and started over...ahhhh windows and it's fresh starts!!! I just love dumping a few gigs of memories and black mail material so I can have a nice new clean OS!!!
