Apparently Klez affects us Unix users as well (more than just spamming us).

As the article states, the danger isn't too huge, but it can be a real nuisance if you're uncareful on a misconfigured system.

It still only runs in Windows code, even if you execute that code from Wine. Another reason not to run Wine and get away from all things Microsoft and all things Windows. I don't run wine and have no interest in ever doing so.
