I believe you should type yoper at the command line.
This seems like a problem that R'ingTFM could have solved rather quickly...

I want to try to boot from floppy can any one know how to make bootup floppy.

There are no floppy images on the CD so I guess that means this mean it cannot be done.
Yoper is made for i686+ anyway, and most PII's and over should be CD bootable. Are you sure the PC you are using cannot boot from CD?
