How Do you Dual Boot????

When I do a /etc/init.d/network start as root this is what I get:

Setting Newwork parameters:  [OK]
Bringing up loopback interface:  [OK]
Bringing up interface eth0:  Determining IP information for eth0.... failed   [FAILED]

If I set up my IP Manually I'm able to ping the IP address that I created but I'm not able to ping my router.

Hey, this happened to me before, the card would not activate because the cable modem retained the previous IP in memory.

Anyhow, if you haven't done it, turn the cable modem off for a couple minutes, then try again.
