customizing GTK

Master of Reality:
is there soem hidden utility to change the GTK settings? I isntalled some them for gtk that made verything white without borders and i cant figure out how to change the style of gtk now.

Master of Reality:
i just edit gtkrc manually, but i'm sure there is a utility for it somewhere.
