i would love to be able to do that here at the office. but we are an architectural firm dependent on Autocad. which is only produced for windows (fuck autodesk  :mad:  ). we could get something like archicad (yes, kick ass program) and can choose to use it on either mac or windows. i dont think linux has a drafting app that could replace autocad. its too bad. i guess i could write autodesk a letter. anyways. it would be nice to use evolution at work, even if we cant use linux.

Why would you want to promote a program that encourages developers to not make native linux applications?

Because it could encourage windows users to try linux. Perhaps a large enough number for software companies to take notice.
