Editing multiple files instantly!

hi all,

I have a bunch of .html files about 50 of them and need to substitute a certain line with something else.

Example, if the line of text is "http://www.personal.psu.edu/users/f/p/fpm108/glw/pictures/circle.gif"

then it should be changed to "./root/images/circle.gif"

Is there a way to do this via a script automatically for all 50 files?
pls help!
