I'm having problems with Webmin too. I installed it and can access it through the box it is installed on, but through no others. I type in :10000]http://[ipaddy]:10000 and get 404 errors.

I'm using Mandrake 9.0

check in the config files, it might be only binding to 127.0.0.1, it might be in the webmin configs when ur in there. you might also have a firewall running.

I've figured it out. Firewall was blocking port 10000 from accessing the net... or something like that.
