(1/1)

Doogee:
hey i was wondering if u guys could tell me how to get apache up and goin. On windows it was easy the installer did everything but since im new to the linux world ive got no idea about all this "compiling" and make commands and stuff.

TheQuirk:
http://www.e-gineer.com/instructions/install-apache1xx-on-linux.phtml

if that doesn't help, I'll write out the instructions.. But you really should search the web before asking..

Master of Reality:
this should be in the faq...

first, what linux distro are you running?

voidmain:
What Linux distro do you have?  Usually Apache is installed by default on most Linux distributions.  Then all you have to do is "start" it and set it to start up automatically when your system boots.
