Where I can find a free vers of Lindows any help?

Master of Reality:
that would be the insiders, they get a free beta version to test out. I, like VoidMain, dont suggest you try to get Lindows. I suggest getting Mandrake or Red Hat Linux.

slave:
I suggest switching away from such shoddy software.

As far as Lindows goes, stay away from it; it encourages internet browsing as "Root"; that's a huge no-no, it leaves your entire file system open to intrusive, nosy assholes like XP user# whateverthefuck.  If ou want to try an easy to install, free Debian-based distro, Libranet 2.0 is avalable for download at http://www.libranet.com
It's "Woody" based, with a 2.4.16 kernel, and lots of nice little extras.

[EDIT: Do not reply to his posts it is what drives him]

If you can A. follow instructions and B. install Windows, you can install Libranet with no problem.
I'm not sure about the download edition, but the purchased edition allows you to install WINE during setup; if the D/L edition can't do that, then just apt-get install WINE, and it will be downloaded, configured and install from Debians website.
