should i use red hat 7.2???

personally i feel getting a later version might be good...  7.2 is alright (for red hat :)  ) but 8.0 / 9.0 are much nicer.  (IMO)

You could probbably go to your local book store and by a book about Redhat 9.0 with a copy of RedHat 9.0

Also, I can't exactly think of the site right now, but there is a site where you can buy a copy for about $5.00.

Rh 7.2 is a good distribution of Linux.  Make sure that you download and install the patches if this box will be permanently connected to the internet.
