It can. (mostly when you forgot to close an app)
But it can't show this to other /home/users (and use  a login manager).

I don't see how that's even possible.

EDIT:Now I do.     :rolleyes:    
He doesn't use a login manager, so if he starts X,
it will return it where he stoped (only if he forgot to close an app) .
This can't happen if X first starts a login manager (I'm not sure if this is true for xdm and kdm).

Ok btw i just confused you all a bit, but yeah, probably after shutdown and login as other user, this stuff dont appears. But for same user, after shutdown it happens. My video is integrated Savage4 lol, so i dont know much about these things, but it is using system RAM as video RAM, and after reboot or even shutdown it should be cleaned..
