SBLive Sound Card & RH 7.3

hey everyone, for some reason my sound has a delay of about half a second...  Im using RH7.3  any ideas?? it also does this on 9... I have a SBLive PCI card..

Are you running KDE?  Try turning off the aRTs sound server.  (I'm not sure how to do that in Red Hat)
