Something I find odd about RH7.2 . . . .

When insalling, I let it automatically partition my 30gig hdd. However, it made the /var folder, where the Apache WWW files reside, a mere 256 megs. Whats up with that? I can't host any files in that, unless you count HTML files only.

I reformated it and manually altered those partitions. 256 megs my butt, give me the 15 gigs anyday

Well you can alter httpd.conf to use whatever partition, folder, directory you want....but yeah the  default settings for most distributions apache are just BAD....stuff spread all over the place.
