I'm considering running
Open Darwin with KDE running an apple like theme and pretending it's OSX  :D

you can get pretty close. I saw a nice Dock app for KDE that replaces the taskbar, and there's some pretty good themes

but, unfortunately you have to deal with X11 which is greatly inferior to Quartz
