downloading and burning RH 8.0

ok after spending a longgggggggg time downloading and finally getting Red Hat disc 1-3 downloaded, I use the md5sum program to make sure its alright and the numbers for the first and the third don't match the numbers they should. I downloaded from the main Red Hat site and it seemed to download ok so does anyone know what would cause this? I would hate to have to download both of those again. Will it still work if I burn it and try to install it?
