Just curious if anyone has had any dealings with them. How good of a deal they may be and if they are a good company to work with.

I'm not sure if this is much help, but their site states "Featured in March 2001 Linux Magazine, (Zonker's Picks, Page 85)" here, and I'm sure a magazine wouldn't have anything to do with them if they were a bad company.
