Best Way To Learn Linux?

"Linux Complete" is good. It's basically a printed out version of a few Howtos and Man pages. Nice to have them in a big book. Also for a very good beginners introduction the Australian Personal Computer Magazines Linux pocketbooks are fantastic. But really your best documentation in the end is online - the linux documentation project is a good place to start. ;)

The Holy Bible is pretty good, too. I like how they covered VI and Moses.
