blocking IIS

Master of Reality:
Is there any way of stopping my computers from being able to access IIS servers? Anything i coul put in my firewall script or Proxy??

I don't think so.  But I could be wrong.
Why would you want to stop your computers from accessing IIS servers?  You'd be blocking 20% of all web servers.
