Takin a shit is a plausible scenario, but I can think of two others that are more likely:

1) He is grimacing in pain because he is listening to Paul Allen giving a speech through those headphones.

2) He is crying out because a Microsoft employee (out of shot) is brutally violating him in much the same way that M$ has fucked over computer users for years on end.
