I'm using win98. But i'll get linux after some weex. What about OS's speed? If i'll play Quake on Windos OS and Linux OS , can i feel some diference of Frame/s , etc?
DOes Linux boots up faster then WIns? Does appz runs faster on Linux? How much?

Just don't expect your programs to crash that often and don't expect *NIX to crash at all.  :D
