My KDE screws up after my laptop hibernates!

Hi all-

After I go back to my computer, the menu appears in the middle, and all windows are mixed up. I have to restart my laptop in order to get the screen back in order.

I have 2 options:

- How to disable hibernation on my laptop (toshiba TE2100), running redhat 9, or

- how to fix the problem? is there some parameter I can add in XF86 config file?
