And how the hell is msnporno similar to msn? It's just a word after their name! So I suppose if someone wants to advertise a windows cleaning for homes business they'll get sued for using a name like windowscleaning.com??? IDIOTS

Methinks they're saying they had no legitimate reason to use the MSN theme/logos. It's a porno site. What does MSN have to do with porno?
