BouncingAyatollah:
You can get some Win tools to do it, but probably quickest to use a website or do Start->Run->tracert ftp.suse.com
(or whatever server you choose), Google for "DNS lookup" and you get sites like this:
http://cgibin.erols.com/ziring/cgi-bin/nsgate/gate.pl
If you choose a mirror server close to you from here:
http://www.suse.com/us/private/download/ftp/int_mirrors.html
Go and have a look at the server directory structure in a browser and make note of the full path AFTER the hostname for that server (these may vary), you'll need it when you install. It will usually be something like "pub/ <something> /suse/i386/9.0/"

I can understand that a little... Mandrake has also been hinting this (though ISO's are still available). The Linux companies haven't been doing too well lately... :(
