Best P2P in Linux?

I prefer IRC on any platform for P2P. Unlike the other clients, i haven't gotten any spoofed files and i can easily get the stuff i need. Sure, it takes some learning to get started ,but it is worth it.

Master of Reality:
i have used gtk-gnutella and it was great, but now every P2P program i try wont work with my proxy or NAT (even the ones in windows)
