Sums it up nicely. And I see our friend in Peru makes a showing. It's nice to see a SA country taking the pivotal role, instead of the usual suspects.
 
So the report was funded by M$, and it appears to have been withdrawn pretty damn fast, probably as the debunking began, bad publicity they don't need.

Basically, the paper in question merely rehashes the same old stuff, going back to the Halloween Documents. It seems that innovation is truly dead in Redmond

If the Microsoft Comapany is "Colapsed" x86 will quite devastaed. But the money from Microsoft could be used to develop new technology and everything would skyrocked. But if the company colapses and uncle sam takes the cash. It would be a waste.
