I wonder if this company's claims are legit?  I wonder if they have a case against apple.  I wonder if they will seek the true idealism of this kind of lawsuit and make apple not use the term Rendezvous.  I doubt it, they probably just want money and will then rename their product... or retire.

Didn't Apple want to trademark the names of big cats?

If MS can TM Windows then Apple should be able to trademark  something as specific as Jaguar or Panther.
