How can I dump XP

I want to dump this junk XP that came on my Dell.  What can I put on it that will run my 3D game, Medal of Honar, Flight Sim 2002, NASCAR 2002, Need For Speed and others.  I don't like the way XP or any MS OS works.

the last time you posted this exact same question, we (the Mods) moved it out of the MacOS and linux forum and moved it to the lounge.
