His earlier music was actually pretty cool, and so were the music videos ... but then he went insane ... I believe MJ has one of the worst cases of Body Dismorphic Disorder around ... I mean how many people look like MJ ... especially the nose ?

Refalm:
Michael Jackson wants to look like he's 20 years old, while he's really in his 40's. It's quite a plastic surgery experiment gone horribly wrong.
