you can have it! i use opera and lynx, they are the fastest browsers. you are obviously biased and furthermore clueless with regard to the extenuating circumstances that allow one browser to be faster than another.
The reason it's called "Microsoft Internet Explorer" is because they ONLY want you to view the 'Microsoft Internet' with it.

I agree to an extent, Mozilla can be a bit slugish rendering pages, but it's overal performance seems better, and more acurate to me than other browsers.
I find OmniWeb to not have enugh Java and plug in support as well as Opera and IE. Mozilla seems to be the best browser to me because rearly do I find a page I can't view with it.
