Oh, so no "off-topic" discussions are allowed even in "the Lounge"? You know, the "Off-Topic" forum? Why didn't he complain about threads about sport, halloween masks, fish etc? Actually would that be because it had nothing do with the fact that people were posting off topic threads about politics, but simply because people were pointing out what a dick Bush is, and how bad american foreign policy is, and he didn't like it?

there's not a lot of difference in my mind between a censor and somebody who "politely" advocates censorship and in the same breath indignantly refutes the insinuation that they are a censor. perhaps would-be-censor is more accurate but in reality they are much the same.
and this does apply to void main (as well as others) as regards political threads.

This was/is a web site that is focused on making people how much MS sucks wang. Bringing politics into this site wont do much good since it makes this site loose focus.
Yeah its off topic and you can post whatever you want....but as void said MANY MANY TIMES, yes you guys choose to forget(?) it, there are MANY other sites where you can talk about Politics. Why bring it here and make the site loose focus.
Yeah yeah i know multidimensional arguements will come up....again though,,,the Internet is a big place and Politics could be talked in forums where Politics is the main focus.
You got so much drible about politics in this site that it makes it look like an ass flaping its asschicks and AGAIN...most of you dont know shit about how to use Linux.
