Calum:
Yes, clive anderson wins. he is funny simply because he is a barrister with a sense of humour. I have only seen one episode with drew carey but it made me cringe.

Are you kidding. Apparently you've never seen Jackass, Tom Green, Jamie Kennedy, these are some of the most absurd, bawdy and insulting shows around. Of course South Park is the best.

tom green's canadian.

and anyway he gets boring wuickly. you need to watch the league of gentlemen. and you need to watch it starting at episode one and watching it in order. you also all need to watch black books.

Compared with friends and all that pap, i think that SOME english comedy kicks ass. Still, the majority of english 'humour' still sucks cock. the english still think puns are funny!

Master of Reality:

Like calum says 'The League of Gentlemen' rocks, altough I dont think it would be found as funny abroad, I think in Europe it would collapse like a flan in a cupboard but it might do ok in the US. I fact I can see it doing better in Canada, people in the Falklands might like it too   . Anyways, why am I rambling about how succesful TLOG woule be abroad... Dunno

Are you local?
