I don't see why it is such a bad idea.  I don't think it really has anything to do with censourship, but for more of creating an appropriate environment for childern.  This will probably turn into more of a rating-system type deal than it would be a censourship thing.  Just like the movies, video games and everything else.  A .kids.us extension to parents, would just be like a PG or G movie rating  deal, or an E or T video game deal.  

You guys are just reading too much into it.

i agree to a point, it's a good idea, but should be closely mediated so it doesn't turn into just another restriction on free expression.
